Noah joined Kendons at the end of 2024 after completing his degree in accounting, where he achieved first in his class. With a strong foundation in data science, data analysis, and software development, he specialises in optimising business processes through automation and efficiency improvements. 

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, Noah leverages tools like Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, enhance data integration, and reduce inefficiencies for both clients and internal teams. His analytical mindset, combined with his deep understanding of accounting principles, allows him to develop solutions that are both technically robust and financially sound. He is passionate about using technology to drive smarter decision-making and create more effective business operations.

Outside work, Noah is a dedicated long-distance runner, always looking for the next challenge to push his limits. In his free time, he also enjoys reading philosophy, and exploring complex ideas that shape his approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
