(b) fulfil our role as members of the Chartered Accountants professional body and complying with responsibilities and obligations under our Charter, by-laws, applicable laws, codes, policies, practices and guidelines;
(c) send subscription renewals, for promotional and marketing purposes, including communicating information about our products and services (with your
consent, if required);
(d) send invoices and any other billing information;
(e) communicate with you on matters relevant to you and our services or any other opportunities or transactions with us;
(f) assess suitability for engagement as clients;
(g) conduct, manage and report on quality assurance reviews and audits, such as for reviews related to IRD and AML;
(h) organise and host training and events (including with third parties);
(i) market our products and services which may be of interest to you, unless you unsubscribe or inform us not to;
