“Hubdoc has been life-changing for us as a business. Even my husband, who was reluctant to make the switch to something “in the cloud”, is loving it!
He can check all the invoices coming in no matter where he is. If he has a few minutes between meetings he can check the invoices and tags them to jobs, which helps us keep track of our PNL. For me doing the bookkeeping, Hubdoc has given me my kitchen table back! Now they are all nicely filed in Hubdoc. We have the suppliers emailing our invoices and statements directly into Hubdoc so I simply check them and move them into our accounting system.
